We have lift off
Well, the book launch went off without a hitch last night. Champagne was consumed, carefully selected passages were read out, and everyone generously tittered in all the right places.
Now starts the long journey of promotion, which basically consists of making sure that everybody who reads and enjoys the book tells someone they know, and everyone who might enjoy the book but doesn't know about it is able to find out about it.
In addition, I have another book signing to attend at the weekend, this time for the Christmas anthology Catching Santa, which is sold to raise money for Farleigh Hospice.
The signing's at Hobbycraft in Chelmsford if anyone wants to come along. It's all for a good cause and Hobbycraft is always fun for a browse - especially when you're trying to work out what to buy everyone in the rapidly shortening run up to Christmas (gulp!)
